Terms of Service
By agreeing to commission me, you automatically accept my Terms of Agreement. Please read these terms carefully and thoroughly!General Information:☆ All personal information will be kept private and confidential.☆ I will not be responsible for any mistakes in the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.Image Rights and Usage:☆ My artworks always come with a small watermark to protect myself.☆ I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio.☆ The commissioner must not claim my work as theirs.☆ Under no circumstances may the commissioner use commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes, including prints and redistribution of the commissioned image(s). If they want to use it for commercial purposes, they must ask for my permission and pay the commercial fee.Payments:☆ I will not begin a commission until payment has been received. You can pay in full or pay half upfront and the remaining half after the sketch is done.☆ I accept Paypal and GCash only.☆ I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse.☆ No refunds will be issued after I receive the payment. Additionally, the Artist has the right to revoke the Commission at any time if these Terms of Service are breached.Commission Procedures:☆ The commissioner may request a preview of the commission at any time during the creation process, but may not request major changes to the commission once they have approved the sketch, otherwise, it will count as a redraw.☆ A redraw of any type of commission will count as a separate commission and will be charged as such.☆ Digital commissions will be sent to the commissioner via email or other social media at its original resolution in .png format; this does not include the commission native files (e.g., .psd, .sai, etc.)☆ Upon payment, the commissions will be finished within 3 weeks to 2 months, depending on the queue.
